Because every fare is fixed before you travel, there's nothing to negotiate and nothing to work out in a currency you don't use day to day. Tolls, taxes and gratuities are all included, and if your plans shift you can change the booking up to an hour before pickup. Whether you're arriving for a board meeting in the city or heading on to Verbier, Gstaad or Zermatt, the transfer is the part of the journey you'll never have to think about.

What's included in an airport transfer?
A private, chauffeured Mercedes-Benz with a professional licensed and insured chauffeur, meet & greet at the airport, flight tracking and waiting time (for airport pickups), bottled water, onboard Wi-Fi, and all tolls, VAT and administrative fees. The fare you confirm at booking is the final price.
How does flight tracking work?
Once you add your flight number, we follow your flight in real time. If it lands early or runs late, your pickup time is adjusted automatically. You don't need to call or message us, and there's no extra charge for the change.
Is waiting time included?
Yes. For airport pickups, waiting time is included (when applicable). Because we track your flight in real time, your chauffeur is there when you actually land, whether your flight is early or delayed.
Where exactly will my chauffeur meet me?
In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name, just past the baggage and customs area. For flights using private terminals or business aviation at Geneva and Zurich, we can arrange to meet you directly at the FBO.
Can I book for a group or for someone else?
Yes. Choose a V-Class or Sprinter for groups and extra luggage, and simply enter the passenger's details if the ride is for a colleague, client or family member. They'll receive the chauffeur's details before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before your service. Between 48 and 24 hours, a 50% charge applies. Less than 12 hours before pickup, for no-shows, or once the chauffeur is already en route, the full fare is charged.
How do I pay?
We accept credit and debit cards, including American Express. A credit card processing fee of 3.7% applies, and full prepayment is required to confirm your booking. Your vehicle and chauffeur are confirmed as soon as payment is received.
