Luggage, skis and equipment

Skis, snowboards and bulky winter equipment travel at no extra charge — tell us what you are carrying when booking and we assign a vehicle with the right capacity. The Mercedes V-Class is the usual choice for families and small groups with ski bags, while the Sprinter handles larger parties. Child seats and booster seats are available free of charge on request.

Arriving by plane

If you land before this transfer, give us your flight number: we track it in real time and shift the pickup automatically when the schedule moves. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign, helps with the luggage and walks you to the car. Waiting time after landing is free for 60 minutes, which covers passport control and baggage reclaim even on busy days.

Booking ahead in ski season

Weekends between December and March are the busiest period on transfers towards Geneva City Center. Booking a few days ahead secures both the vehicle category you want and your preferred pickup time; cancellation remains free, so there is no downside to reserving early.
