Can you coordinate with our security team and protocol officers?
Yes. Our chauffeurs are accustomed to working alongside security teams and protocol officers, adapting to your itinerary and timing requirements.
What is the minimum booking for the hourly programme?
The chauffeur-at-your-disposal programme starts at a five-hour half-day. The vehicle remains exclusively at your disposal throughout, with unlimited itinerary changes during the booking.
Do your chauffeurs speak English?
All chauffeurs are fluent in French and English. Other languages can be arranged on request at the time of booking.

How a mission books with us
Recurring assignments, one agreement
Missions that move people every week do not want to negotiate a price each time. We set up a written agreement covering the vehicle categories, the hourly and transfer rates, the notice period and the billing cycle, then each assignment is a single message. Monthly consolidated invoicing is available, in CHF or EUR.
Protocol and security teams
For a ministerial visit or a summit, the chauffeur works to your protocol, not to ours: arrival order, waiting positions, who opens the door, whether the vehicle stays on site. We coordinate with your security team in advance and provide the driver's name, licence plate and mobile number as far ahead as your procedure requires.
Confidentiality is a working rule, not a slogan
Chauffeurs do not discuss passengers, destinations or schedules — including with our own staff who are not on the file. Journey records are kept only as long as accounting requires. Nothing about a mission is used as a reference, publicly or privately, and we do not name clients on this site.
Convoys and the airport
Multi-vehicle movements are run with one coordinator and a single contact number. At Geneva Airport we follow each flight separately, so a delegation split across several arrivals is met flight by flight rather than made to wait together. For private aviation, pick-up is arranged directly with the FBO handler.
