A private city-to-city ride turns what could be a tiring connection into the easiest part of the trip: you are collected at your door, settle into a quiet cabin, and arrive at your destination without a single change along the way.
It is just as natural for the mountains. From Geneva you can reach Verbier, Gstaad or the French resorts of Chamonix and Courchevel in a couple of hours, skis and luggage loaded, while you take in the view. Travelling for business between Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich, the back seat becomes a quiet office with Wi-Fi on board. Wherever you are heading, the fare is fixed before you leave, with tolls and taxes already included.

How is the price calculated?
City-to-city rides are priced per vehicle, not per passenger, based on the route. Enter your pickup and drop-off to see a fixed fare, with all tolls, VAT and administrative fees already included. The price you confirm is the price you pay.
Can I make stops along the way?
A city-to-city ride is a direct journey from one point to another, with a short comfort break if you need one. If you'd like several stops or a day of engagements, our hourly hire service is the better fit, with your chauffeur on standby throughout.
How much luggage can I bring?
As much as fits comfortably in the vehicle you choose. Since you book the whole car, the only limit is boot space. For extra bags, ski equipment or larger groups, select the V-Class or Sprinter.
Can you arrange child seats?
Yes. Let us know the number and type of child seats when you book and we'll have them fitted and ready. The V-Class is ideal for families travelling with seats and luggage.
When will I get my chauffeur's details?
You'll receive your chauffeur's name and contact number, along with the vehicle details, shortly before pickup. Our operations team is available 24/7 if you need anything before or during the ride.
How do I pay, and what is the cancellation policy?
We accept credit and debit cards, including American Express, with a 3.7% processing fee and full prepayment to confirm. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before service; a 50% charge applies between 48 and 24 hours, and the full fare under 12 hours, for no-shows, or once the chauffeur is en route.
