Which service you need, in one question
Do you know your drop-off, or only your day?
If you know where you are going and when, book a transfer: one pick-up, one drop-off, one fixed price agreed before departure. If your day is a sequence of appointments whose end you cannot predict, book by the hour instead — the car and the chauffeur stay with you, your luggage stays on board, and you stop re-booking between stops.
Above four passengers, the question changes
Up to three passengers with three bags, an E-Class does the job. From four people, or from four suitcases, the V-Class is the honest answer — seven seats and eight bags. Beyond seven, the Sprinter takes fourteen. A shuttle service is what you book when the same group has to move several times in a day, or when arrivals are spread over several flights.
Arrivals are the part that goes wrong
For an airport pick-up your flight number is enough. We follow the flight and move the pick-up to the actual landing time, at no extra cost — an early landing does not leave you waiting, and a delayed one is not charged to you. The chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, not in a car park, and helps with the luggage.
Children change the vehicle, not the price
Swiss law is stricter than many visitors expect: the driver — not the parent — is responsible for making sure every child under twelve is properly restrained, and there is no taxi or chauffeur exemption in Switzerland (OCR art. 3a). Tell us the children's ages when you book and the approved seat is fitted before we set off. A booster takes the room of a passenger, which is why four adults and two children rarely fit the car you first had in mind.
What the fare covers
Included, on every service
The chauffeur and their waiting time, fuel, motorway tolls, the Swiss vignette and VAT are inside the figure you are given. For airport pick-ups, flight tracking and the waiting that follows a delay are included too. The price is per vehicle, so three colleagues travelling together pay one fare.
Beyond Switzerland
Chamonix, Megève, Courchevel, Annecy, Milan and Lyon are quoted the same way as a Swiss destination: one fixed price for the vehicle, confirmed in writing, tolls and vignettes included. Bring a passport or identity card for the border, and tell us if anyone in the party travels on a visa so we allow for the crossing.
