Booked in advance, confirmed in writing
You tell us the pickup address, the time and the number of passengers; we confirm the vehicle and the total price in writing before the day itself. Nothing is left to interpretation on the morning of the transfer: your chauffeur has the full itinerary, the contact details and any specific instruction you have given us. If plans change, a single message is enough to move the pickup.
Discretion as a standard
Our chauffeurs are used to business travellers, diplomatic passengers and private clients who value privacy. Conversations stay in the car, schedules are never shared, and the vehicles carry no branding. For sensitive assignments we can work under a confidentiality agreement and assign the same chauffeur throughout your stay.

We operate from Geneva and serve the whole of Switzerland as well as the neighbouring French and Italian Alps: Geneva, Zurich, Basel and Bern airports, the city centres, and resorts such as Verbier, Courchevel, Chamonix and Zermatt. Long-distance journeys are quoted at a fixed price per vehicle, tolls and motorway vignettes included.
Groups, several vehicles, one contact
For conferences, weddings and corporate events we coordinate multiple vehicles with synchronised timings, so guests arrive together rather than in scattered groups. You deal with one coordinator who holds the whole plan, and receive a single consolidated invoice at the end. Monthly invoicing is available for companies that book regularly.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead so we can assign the right vehicle. Last-minute requests are handled whenever a chauffeur is available — call us and we will confirm immediately.
Is the price per vehicle or per person?
Always per vehicle. The fare covers the car and the chauffeur, whatever the number of passengers within the vehicle capacity.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes. The Mercedes V-Class carries up to 7 passengers and the Sprinter handles larger parties. For bigger events we coordinate several vehicles with matched timings and a single point of contact.
How do I pay?
Payment is by card online and in full, which is what confirms your booking. Corporate clients can request monthly invoicing.
